A: The 2025 Education Bureau primary English curriculum emphasises Reading across the Curriculum (RaC) and cross-curricular reading for learning. It also boosts e-learning and information literacy to foster self-directed, critical readers; expands Assessment as Learning (AaL) alongside Assessment for Learning (AfL); and strengthens values education, including positive attitudes, national identity, and national security awareness.
